Spin Class
Basic spinning fundamentals such as Camel and Sit spins will be stressed as well as combinations, new creative spin positions, and techniques developed.
Double Jump Class
The purpose of the double jump class is to perfect the axel as well as develop double jumps through specific exercises and techniques.
