$7,400 Team Fee if paid by August 15th EARLY BIRD!
$7,700 Team Fee if paid after first game.

Single Player Fee: $599 if paid by August 15th EARLY BIRD!
Single Player Fee: $649 if paid after first game.

Goalie Fee: $249 EARLY BIRD
Goalie Fee: $299 if paid after first game.
