Coaches who are visiting UTC Ice and are looking to get on the ice with their skaters must follow the Guest Coach protocol. This protocol includes the following:

• UTC Ice is a private facility that reserves the right to approve or deny any guest coach who seeks the opportunity to coach or instruct at this venue. Allowances for guest coaching applies mainly to local competition weeks and/or test schedules. However, some exceptions and special circumstances may be granted by UTC Ice Management.
• Contacting the Skating Director at least seven days prior to their first session in order to receive approval to guest coach
• Submitting a Guest Coach Agreement Form to the Administrative Office at UTC Ice along with a copy of Liability Insurance and Membership Card (USFS, ISI, or PSA).
• Submitting a Guest Coach Agreement Form to the Administrative Office at UTC Ice along with a copy of Liability Insurance and Membership Card (USFS, ISI, or PSA).

For the safety of all skaters, virtual lessons within the facility are not allowed. Please contact the Figure Skating Director for Guest Coach Request Forms.
