Our Women’s Adult Hockey League is built to support, promote, and grow women’s hockey in a welcoming and empowering environment. Whether you’re returning to the game or continuing to develop your skills, this league is designed to help you improve, compete, and connect with other passionate players.

Each week includes a dedicated skills practice led by experienced coaches, followed by a structured game where you can immediately apply what you’ve learned. This format ensures steady development, increased confidence, and a strong sense of team camaraderie.

Players enroll through a monthly membership, which provides access to all weekly practices/games during your membership period. This flexible structure allows you to stay consistent, build chemistry with teammates, and be part of a growing women’s hockey community.
