Training

Skills Clinic

High-energy, coach-led session focused on improving skating, puck handling, passing, and shooting through structured drills and small-area games. Designed for adult players of all skill levels looking to sharpen fundamentals, build confidence, and translate skills directly into game situations.

Beginner

Nickel League

Entry-level league for beginners or newer players. Emphasis on fun, learning the game, and building confidence in a low-pressure environment.

amateur

Iron League

Perfect for newer players transitioning into league hockey. Focused on skill development, learning positioning, and gaining game experience.

intermediate

Copper League

A step below Bronze, ideal for players still developing consistency and game awareness while enjoying competitive league play.

intermediate +

Bronze/Silver League

Designed for solid intermediate players who understand the game and want structured, competitive hockey in a balanced environment.

advanced

Gold League

A strong mix of skilled intermediate and advanced players with several years of experience. Competitive play with high tempo, but slightly less intense than Platinum.

elite

Platinum League

Our highest-level league featuring elite players with collegiate, professional, or high-level adult hockey experience. Fast-paced, competitive games with top-tier goalies and advanced skill level.

Womens League

A welcoming and competitive league designed specifically for female players of all skill levels. Whether you’re developing your game or bringing years of experience, this league offers a supportive environment, great competition, and a strong sense of community on and off the ice.

open to 50+

50+ League

A competitive but fun league designed for players age 50+. Great balance of skill, pace, and camaraderie for experienced players looking to stay in the game.

Open to all

Stick Time

Open ice session for players to work on shooting, passing, and individual skills at their own pace. No formal instruction—just a great opportunity to get extra reps, practice fundamentals, and improve your game in a relaxed setting.
