What To Expect

Freestyles

Get your practice on! Daily, skaters have two one-hour Freestyle sessions to practice competition routines and other skills.

On-Ice Group Classes

Skaters drill their skills in two on-ice classes per day that include: Spin technique, Artistry in Motion choreography, competition simulations and showcases, and understanding the US point system.

Off-Ice Group Classes

Building skating skills relies on off-ice mobility and strength. Skaters experience classes such as Strength and Conditioning with light weight lifting, speed and agility, Yoga for balance, and Dance and Stretch for coordination, musicality, and flexibility.

Private Lessons

For an additional fee, book a private lesson during Freestyles with one of our instructors to help you reach your goals!

Showcases

Every week, skaters have the opportunity to perform in a competition/showcase simulation! This is perfect for athletes to prepare for upcoming competitions!

Make Long Lasting Memories!

Training alongside fellow athletes — at whatever level — will create unforgettable moments that our skaters will forever cherish in their skating journeys!

What Level Is Right For You?

Our skaters are divided by competition levels, tests passed, and Learn to Skate USA levels.
Skaters may be moved around at the coaches’ and skating director’s discretion according to the week’s attendance.

What Families Are Saying

We brought our daughter to UTC Ice for a birthday outing and ended up staying almost five hours. The rink has this energy that keeps everyone engaged, whether you’re skating or just watching. It never feels overcrowded or stressful, and the staff genuinely seems happy to be there. We’ve already made it part of our monthly routine.”
