Our Core Values

About Torreys Hockey

The Torreys Hockey Program is dedicated to providing student-athletes the opportunity to compete in high school hockey while developing discipline, teamwork, and leadership. The program focuses on individual development, strong team culture, and a commitment to academic success.

Players train together through organized practices, games, tournaments, and team activities designed to strengthen both athletic performance and personal growth.

“The La Jolla Country Day Hockey program feels like more than just a team, the coaches consistently reinforce discipline, accountability, and teamwork, while still pushing each player to develop individual skill. You can see the emphasis on character and academics just as much as performance on the ice, and that balance has made a real difference for our family.”
