Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions before you skate?
Find session details, pricing, and policies here.
Does my son/daughter still have to take the intro class if they have skating experience?
We still require an introductory class, even with prior skating experience, unless a skater has competition experience or has consistently skated for a few years.
Can I go on ice with my child during the class?
The introductory class is strictly for registered skaters 4-14, no parents are allowed on the ice. We have coaches who will be guiding all skaters throughout the class and skate helpers are provided as well.
When does the class start? (after being told check-in is at 10:45 am, not the class)
Check-ins are at 10:45 am. The class starts at 11:15 am. Some time is given in between check-ins and the class to allow time to put on skates.
Can my child still attend the introductory class if they have a disability?
Answer
Can adults attend public skating sessions?
