Due to November and December public traffic we will not be having any fundraising events for these months. Small groups are welcome to book through our Public Skating page and save $5 on admission if they book 24 hours in advance.

How can I start a fundraiser at UTC Ice?
To start a fundraiser, fill out the fundraiser inquiry form on the page. Our team will help you reserve a date, create your custom ticket link, and guide you through the process.
How far in advance can I register for a fundraiser?
We recommend registering your fundraiser as early as possible to secure your preferred dates, especially during busier times of the year. Availability may be limited during peak public skating periods.
How much money does our organization earn per ticket sold?
Groups earn money based on the total number of tickets sold. Organizations receive $5 per ticket for 10–49 tickets sold, $6 per ticket for 50–99 tickets sold, and $7 per ticket for 100 or more tickets sold.
Are there any upfront costs to host a fundraiser?
No, there are no upfront costs required to host a fundraiser at UTC Ice. We provide the ticket setup and fundraising process at no additional charge.
Does UTC Ice provide the ticketing setup?
Yes, UTC Ice creates a custom ticket link for your organization to share with your community, making the fundraising process simple and easy to manage.
